Valeria Hedman (b 1978)
Valeria studied at CSM between 2003 and 2008, gaining a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Narrative Environments. In partnership with Falko Grentrup, Valeria runs her own consultancy, Transfer Studio in Sweden, producing visual identities and websites for clients such as the CinemaAfrica Film Festival, Teater Tillsammans and digital HR specialist YeaHR! Valeria runs Elemental Editions, a micro publisher producing books and art prints, and selected three screenprints from the Elemental Editions output to show in the A+ exhibition, inspired by Italo Calvino's book 'Invisible Cities'.

In 2009, Valeria co-founded Graphic Birdwatching, an organisation that 'dealt with gender representation in the design industry and championed the international debate on this topic'.
